The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Fighters Party

Since the launch of Campaign 4, fresh DM Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with rich lore, a wide array of characters, and a exciting storyline including angels, evil spirits, and dark forces expanding in power within the urban setting.

Note: Revealing details for Episode 3 of this adventure are included.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

The third episode concluded with a major cliffhanger and revealed the first table of adventurers who will split off from the primary party to begin their separate journey, separate from the other two tables.

The combat-focused team includes Teor Pridesire (brought to life by Travis Willingham), Thimble (Laura), Tyranny (the cast member), the cleric (the player), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).

Why Split the Party?

With 13 cast members, it was clear from the beginning that keeping everyone at the same party would be unworkable.

That’s why, the first four episodes of this story serve as an Prelude, connecting the personal journeys before dividing into three separate parties: Soldiers, Schemers, and Seekers.

The Nature of the Warrior Group

According to Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for participants who enjoy a classically intense fight-heavy gameplay experience where non-violent answers are scarce.

Upon first impression, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander Halovar might appear out of place, but the events of the third episode demonstrate why these particular heroes are ideally matched for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

To begin with, the team understands precisely where to proceed after a brutal first encounter with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of the deceased character—whose demise started the campaign’s events—used the enemy for his personal gain, invading the hidden lair, striking Thimble, and taking all the enchanted items to sell off.

The traitor then paid off his liabilities and ran away to a secure base in the remote area, north of Dol-Makjar, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Personal Motivations

Secondly, each adventurer has a personal reason to depart the urban setting:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and closest confidant, desires revenge.
  • The adventurer has experience in the northern area and advises that it is a dangerous place.
  • The warrior and The cleric, having defied his relatives’ demands to kill Teor and instead rescued him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their status as prominent individuals in House Halovar could enable the group reach places they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, Teor vowed a life debt to Wicander for his rescue and will now follow him wherever.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are hunted by the authorities that rule the city for a variety of reasons, making remaining behind no longer safe:

  • The agile adventurer and The character are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The warrior and The cleric betrayed House Halovar and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by the family.

This results in them little choice but to travel to the remote area in search of the antagonist.

Future Episodes

Based on the recent installment’s Cooldown, we discover that the combat party will not appear in the upcoming installment, leaving the other eight cast members to round up the Seekers and Schemers parties.

Viewers can anticipate learning which adventurers will be where in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on October 24.
